Mastering Anatomy And Physiology

B.S. / M.S. in engineering??

I’m finishing up my B.S in movement science (anatomy&physiology) in one year. However I want to go back to school for engineering (civil most likely). Is there any type of masters program for students with B.S. degrees in entirely different subjects. I know nursing has something like that where one can graduate in something different then do a masters program in Nursing with some prereqs. ALSO, is there any type of accelerated programs for engineering, like B.S and M.S accelerated programs??

Look at Texas A&M at Galveston or College Station programs, they have some pretty diverse stuff.
